I'm excited about this week's menu. There's 3 new recipes I'm trying out. So I hope they are successful. It's been a busy week. I'm almost done with my Christmas shopping. Woohoo!!Monday - Frozen chili

Wednesday - Farmer's Casserole
Thursday - Creamy Chicken Lasagna *
Friday - Crockpot Taco Soup *

I've seen the farmers casserole called other things, it's yummy. I do a version with breakfast sausage & it can also be cooked overnight in the crockpot for a great Holiday breakfast.
